About Me

After a career working initially as a professional archaeologist, then many more years as a cartographer for a publishing company, I decided to follow my lifelong passion for the outdoors, plants and design and retrain as a garden designer. I graduated from the Cotswold School of Garden Design in 2024 with a diploma in Professional Garden Design with distinction.

My cartographic background has given me an eye for detail and technical skills that enable me to produce professional quality drawings to a high standard, and I have been creatively rejuvenated by bringing these skills to garden design.

I love working closely with clients, designing gardens and planting schemes to create beautiful outdoor spaces. I am particularly passionate about wild spaces, how they can inform our relationships with our own gardens, and how to connect people with nature and gardens for wellbeing.
